From 2019 I led the Product team for Sharkninja App and IOT which at the start included the SharkClean app and all the connected Robot Products. This was a new function for Sharkninja, so included building out the department, creating best practices, creating a product vision, and introducing KPIs. During this time, the app was improved from a 3-star rated product to a 4.8-star rated product with increased participation. We achieved this in-depth system analysis and a subsequent improvement plan, as well as introducing a new look and functionality to account for our growing assortment of Advanced Technology products. As robots are connected devices this also included IOT and how this interacted with the product software.
